Himalayensis, called by Europe as the famous black truffle same as French black truffle.
We are right in Yunnan and Tibet region, called the Himalayas region, the main Truffle produce center in China, we serve the famous truffle called Himalayensis

Tuber Himalayensis - winter black truffle, very similar to Tuber Melanosporum, hard shell, dark and polygonal textured skin, very dark meat with little white veins, strong and lasting aroma, usually smaller and more difficult to find than Tuber sinensis, available from Nov. 20th to Feb. 20th.

Tuber indicum is the official name of truffle
Tuber aestivum: called also as the summer truffle, the most common one is brownish with smooth skin, white meat, a little bit juicy, lasting aroma, harvested earlier than burgundy truffles, from May to August.
Tuber uncinatum: called also as the Burgundy truffle, harvested from September to late December, sometimes also until late January.They have a wider distribution than any other truffle species. Burgundy truffles are found across Europe, from Spain to eastern Europe and from Sweden to North Africa.
Tuber Brumale: called aslo as the winter truffle, available between December and March, color is black, easy to get confused with the black truffle, vividly called the Musky. It has a spiced smell, of musky, and of course a risk of confusion with the tuber melanosporum.
Tuber Melanosporum: also called the black diamond, or black truffle of the perigord, the French produced region, available between December and March.

95% percent of Chinese truffles come from Yunnan, Sichuan and Tibet . The truffle collection and trading centers in China is Kunming (where we're based), the capital city of Yunnan Province.

A truffle is the fruiting body of a subterranean Ascomycete fungus, predominantly one of the many species of the genus Tuber. Some of the truffle species are highly prized as a food. French gourmand Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin called truffles "the diamonds of the kitchen". Edible truffles are held in high esteem in Middle Eastern, French, Spanish, Italian and Greek cooking, as well as in international haute cuisine. Truffles are ectomycorrhizal fungi and are therefore usually found in close association with the roots of trees. Spore dispersal is accomplished through fungivores, animals that eat fungi.




China is the hometown of Tea, there are many kinds of tea, the famous tea Pu Erh is from our Yunnan:

Pu erh is a large leaf tea from the Yunnan province of China and has been famous as a medicinal tea. The secret of making Pu er has been closely guarded in China for centuries. The tea leaves are collected from growers of a special broad-leaf tea tree, which are said to be related to ancient prehistoric tea trees.

Tuocha, the mini tea cakes, each about 5 grams, it is wrapped individually in paper. Whenever you want to drink this tea, just take one tea cake into tea cup, infuse with boiled water, wait one or two minutes for the wonderful enjoyment of Pu erh black tea.

Green tea offers plenty of health benefits thanks to its high concentrations of a number of substances. It is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants and often be regarded as the super food and drink. The richest supply of polyphenols in nature is in the tea bush Camellia Sinensis. Green tea has higher amounts of polyphenols than black tea because of different extraction processes. Antioxidants play a number of important roles in the body, but their key role is minimizing the damage caused to cells by the aging process and the presence of free radicals in our diet. The main active ingredient in Green Tea is the chemical epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), one of the most powerful polyphenol antioxidants which has many beneficial properties from immunity to eliminating free radicals.

Tea is good to mix with edible flower like jasmine, chrysanthemum and rose, they help to improve health, lose weight, we can call them the herbal tea.
